I had been obese the majority of my adult life. Over the years it took its toll on my body and health and as a result of some experiences I had, I decided to embark on a journey in 2014 resulting in my losing over 200 pounds in 11 months without surgery. Since my amazing weight loss I have been inspiring people to change their health habits. My expertise is around teaching people how to learn to motivate themselves so that they can get started on the path to change and achieve sustainability.
When I first embarked on this journey, the only thing on my mind at the time was losing weight and not being fat anymore. Never did I imagine that so many people would be coming to me to ask about how I did it and how much I have helped them make “small changes leading to BIG RESULTS”.
